How much does a custom jacket cost?
In order to determine the approximate cost of a custom jacket it is best to send us your typical jacket size, the style of jacket you’re interested in and any other details that may be relevant to what you’re looking for. Once we have a general sense of what you're interested in we can provide a quote.
Is an appointment necessary for a custom jacket?
No appointment is necessary, but it is helpful if you contact us before you visit so that we can get an idea of what you’re interested in.
How long does the custom process take?
On average our lead time for a custom made jacket is approximately 8-10 weeks. This can vary depending upon our workload throughout the year.
Can you repair or alter items by other makers?
At this time we are only performing alterations on items we make. We will perform basic repairs such as zipper replacements of other brands.
Do you offer cleaning services?
We recommend reaching out to Arrow Leathercare Services for professional leather cleaning services.
Do you work on fur jackets/coats?
We do not.
Do you repair boots, shoes and/or bags?
We do not.
Do your products have warranty?
Johnson Leathers offers a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of the items we manufacture and that are owned by the original purchaser. Should you have any problems with stitching, seams, snaps or grommets that are the result of normal use of the item we will repair this at no charge. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. This lifetime warranty excludes normal wear and tear to the lining and/or leather or failure of a zipper that may occur over the life of the product and only applies to the original buyer.
Shipping And Returns
We offer free UPS Ground Shipping within the continental United States. All orders made by 2pm during store hours will be shipped the next business day. Returns will be accepted within 14 business days from the date the product was delivered. Products are to be returned in original unworn condition and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of return shipment delivery.
International shipping is available. Shipping cost will vary on location. Please enter in your international mailing address to calculate the shipping cost.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt. We will not accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
